Two Lafayette men were arrested after allegedly trespassing on the rooftop of A Dip Into Paradise with possible signs of a break-in.

Skyler Mason Brown, 19, and Jacob L. Francis, 18, each face multiple charges following the incident, which took place on Dec. 24.

According to the arrest report, Lafayette Police Department patrolman Jason Sells responded to a call and found the two attempting to hide on the roof. Francis admitted to knowingly trespassing.

After the two were placed under arrest, Francis reportedly informed Sells that he had a marijuana cigarette in his shoe.

Brown was also allegedly found with 10 Levetiracetam tablets in a small black case.

Brown was charged with criminal trespassing and possession of a legend drug. His bond was set at $3,700, and his court date was slated for Feb. 13.
