Shown left - right H. L. Bray of Madison, TN formerly of Lafayette and Randy East, Macon County Historian with a Jackson Press and an antique dresser that Mr Bray has donated to be used in the Key Park Cabin. He descends from Lewis and Mary Ann DUKE PIPKIN who were the first known owners of the press and dresser. Mary Ann was the daughter of Phillip and Eveline HOLLAND DUKE. Eveline was a daugther of William and Nancy NORRIS HOLLAND and she was a sister to Laurinda HOLLAND JOHNSTON who was married to Merdith Bellew JOHNSTON the ones who lived in the cabin originally.

The Macon County Historical Society sincerely thanks Mr Bray for this generous donation and the consideration he has shown in returning these Macon County items to our county. And a big thanks to Randy for moving the furniture to the log cabin for us.
