Hershel Meador retires after 24 years of service

On Wednesday, December 9th at 11 am. A retirement luncheon was held at City Hall for Hershel Meador. Hershel started working for the city in November of 1985. Many friends and fellow workers came out to congratulate him and enjoy a lunch together.
