The MCHS Cheerleaders were also present at the annual banquet. They were recognized as a valuable part of the basketball organization. The cheerleading team consists of: Front row (l-r): Lauren Pedigo, Allison Evetts, Brandy Blankenship and McKenzie Sullivan.

The Macon County Basketball teams held an end of the season banquet last Wednesday, April 18 at the MCHS cafeteria. The attendees enjoyed pizza, drinks and an array of homemade desserts. After everyone had plenty to eat the coaches handed out some well deserved awards. Girls Coach Jeff Beam and boys Coach Jason Welch expressed their gratitude to everyone involved that made their season such a success.
