Funeral services for Mr. Holmes were held Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 11 a.m. from Woodard Funeral Home.
Visitation was held on Tue., Feb. 21, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. at Woodard Funeral Home and Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 9- 11 a.m. at Woodard Funeral Home with services conducted by Bro. Rick Duffer.
Mr. Holmes was preceded in death by: Father -William Richard Holmes; Grandparents- Clyde and Eugene Keen; Grandparents- Bill and Viola Holmes. Mr. Holmes was a member of the Westmoreland Methodist Church.
Mr. Holmes is survived by: Mother and Step-father - Betty & Warner Bell, Westmoreland; Wife - Tammy Holmes, Westmoreland; Daughter - Kelsey Holmes, Gallatin; Son - Will Holmes, Westmoreland. Daughter - Brittany Holmes, Westmoreland; Son - Blake Holmes, Westmoreland; Grand Child - Peyton William Holmes, Scottsville, KY; Brother - Rick & (Roxanne) Holmes, Hendersonville; Brother - Roger and (Burnadette) Holmes, Dublin, GA; Uncle - Mike Keen, Lebanon; Uncle - Chris Keen, Gallatin.
Honorary Pallbearers were: Marty Cothron, Casey Shaff, Herman Moore, Faron Troutt, Will Holmes, Blake Holmes. In lieu of flowers the family request you make memorial contributions in the form of donations to the Westmoreland United Methodist Church. These can be made at Woodard Funeral Home.
