The MCHS Theater Department put on a production of the comedy drama Steel Magnolias last weekend.
Roles were played by:

Samantha Austin—Truvy Jones
Paris Russell—Annelle Dupuy-DeSoto
Erin Burrow—Clairee Belcher
Audrey Reed— Ouiser Boudreaux
The department’s special thanks go to: Theatre Arts Classes, Spanish 2 classes, Cindy Scruggs, Kyle Garmon, Garmon’s Wood Products, Kyle Davis, Trevor Whittemore, Justin Dixon, Thomas Massey, Dayle Tuck, Kyra Roberts, Ashley Meadors, Lacia Dawes, The MCHS Drama Club members, Sherril’s Hair Salon, Matt Holland, Deloris Trent, and American Exterior Supply.
The next production will be Peter Pan the musical, coming in April of 2013 and bound to delight.
