Woman arrested for DUI after flipping car
A woman was arrested on DUI charges after flipping her car and pulling herself out unharmed on Thursday morning. Diana Lynn Davidson, age 45, of the Rocky Mound community, was traveling north on Rocky Mound Road when the accident occured at about 9:30 AM. Newlyweds lose home in Tues fire
A young Lafayette couple lost their home Tuesday morning in a fire of unknown origin. Jonas Barton said that he was at work, and his wife Jayme was at a friend’s house, when the fire broke out in the early hours of the morning. Two grass fires in Lafayette
There were two grass fires in Lafayette last week, one on Scottsville Road and other on Coolidge Road. The fire on Scottsville road was caused by a power line falling into a field at 1401 Scottsville, on Wednesday at around 5:00 pm.
