MCJH Tigerettes defeat the Yellow Jackets

On Tuesday, November 22nd, in Lafayette the Macon County High School Tigerettes went head to head against the Trousdale County High School Lady Yellow Jackets.

Freshman McKaylee Mix was the top scorer for the Tigerettes during the game. Mix had a two-point shot and seven threes for a total of twenty-three points. She had only two fouls. Keeley Carter had twelve points, four two-point shots, a three pointer, and one free throw. Carter had no fouls.

Senior Jenna Russell had two two-point shots, a three-point, and was four for four with free throws. Russell totaled eleven points during the game and had three fouls. Luci Allen had six points for the team during the game. Allen had a two-point shot and four free throws.

Jamie Ashburn had a two-point shot and a three-point shot, as well as two fouls. Kyndal Ballington and Landra Stafford each had four points during the game. Ballington had two two-point shots, Stafford had a two-point shot and two free throws. Both had only one foul.

Mattie Goolsby had three points during the game for Macon County, a two-point shot and a free throw. Marah King had a free throw, as well.

The Tigerettes defeated the Lady Yellow Jackets, 69 to 38.
