Lady Bulldogs fall to Lady Owls

On Tuesday, December 6th, the Red Boiling Springs High School Lady Bulldogs took on the Clay County High School Lady Bulldogs in Celina.

Cayley Tuck was the top scorer for Red Boiling Springs on Tuesday night. Tuck had four two-point shots and was two for two with free throws, totaling ten points for the Lady Bulldogs. Tuck had three fouls. Shaylee Ellingson and Haylie Davis each had eight points. They had a two-point shot and two threes, each. Ellingson and Davis also each had four fouls.

Kennedy Fleming had a two-point shot, a three, and was two for two on Tuesday night. Fleming had two fouls. Maggie Isenburg had a three-pointer during the game and Macy Raines had a two.

The Lady Bulldogs fell to Clay County, 38 to 49.

On Saturday, December 10th, the Lady Dawgs took on the Smith County Lady Owls at home in Red Boiling Springs.

Katie Heady was the top scorer for the Bulldogs in this match up. Heady had two two-point shots, four threes, and was two for two with free throws. Heady had two fouls. Tuck had sixteen points for the Bulldogs on Saturday night. Tuck had four twos and was eight for eight on free throws. Tuck had five fouls.

Fleming had a two point shot, two threes, and four free throws for a total of twelve points. Fleming had three fouls. Raines and Ellingson each had four points during the game. Raines had two two-point shots, Ellingson had a two and two free throws. Davis had three points on Saturday, coming from a three pointer.

The Lady Bulldogs came up short, losing to the Lady Owls, 57 to 62.
