The weather may have been beautiful this past Saturday, but rainy weather throughout the late part of last week forced the Macon County Soccer League to cancel games on Saturday morning.

The rain and resulting muddy conditions made it impossible for the fields to be mowed prior to game time at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

This has left the league with two games set for make-up times.

The soccer games originally set for September 21 that were rained out have been rescheduled for Saturday, October 26. The game schedule, as well as the concession stand work schedule, will follow the times originally announced for September 21.

The games planed for last Saturday, October 12, will be played the following Saturday, November 2, at the times set on the schedule. In addition, the concession work schedule for October 12 will be moved to November 2.

This Saturday's games (October 19) will b played as scheduled.
