The Allen County, KY native was a farmer and a son of the late Minis Jackson Howard and Katie Bell Emberton Howard and husband of the late Myra Wilma Hogue Howard.
He is survived by 1 daughter: Shelia Ann Howard, Indianapolis, IN; 1 brother: Glenn Howard, Indianapolis, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 5 brothers: Robert, Russell, Hubert, Loren and Carroll Howard; and 2 sisters: Pernie Mae Johnson and Vernie Bell Brown.
Funeral services for George F. Howard were held Sunday, August 10, 2003, 3:00 p.m. at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Earl Meador officiating and burial was in Crescent Hill Cemetery.
