Funeral services were held Saturday, March 20, 2004 at Anderson & Woodard Funeral Home with Rev. Tim McClaeb & Bill Black officiating. Burial is in the Forrest Chapel Cemetery.
A Westmoreland native, Fulton was born March 11, 1924 to Baker T. and Mary Alexander Johnson who precede him in death along with a son, Ricky Johnson and great granddaughter, Courtney Brooks. Mr. Johnson was married to Kathy Middleton Johnson of Westmoreland and a disabled WW11 Veteran.
Survivors include sons: Jim Johnson, Mike Johnson and Eddie Johnson, all of Westmoreland; daughters: Patricia Stinson of Scottsville, Ky and Nancy Vinson of Westmoreland; mother of his children, Hazel Johnson of Westmoreland; sister Dorothy Keith of Bowling Green, KY; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
