He was the son of the late Bobby H. Carter and Peggy S. Graves Carter. Survivors besides his mother include sons: Brandon Carter, Dusty Carter, and Corey Carter, all of Westmoreland; and one brother: Kirk A. Carter of Westmoreland. He was a construction worker.
Funeral services for Kenny A. Carter were held Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at 2 p.m. at the Anderson & Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Willie Leduc officiated. Visitation was Monday from 6-9, Tuesday from 10-9, and Wednesday from 10 until service time. Interment was in Bethpage Upper Cemetery.
