Manion hits homerun in 7-1 loss to FC

Macon County High's baseball team fell to Friendship Chrisitan 7-1 in early week baseball action.

In the first inning, Friendship scored one run and held MCHS scoreless.

In the 2nd Friendship added two runs and again held the Tigers from crossing homeplate. Going into the third FC led 3-0.

Friendship Christian continued to cross homeplate adding four more runs to their score while Macon County just couldn't connect for a run.

Macon County's #44 Max Manion picked up the only run for the Tigers when he hit a homerun in the 4th inning.

The rest of the game was scoreless for both teamsand the Tigers fell 7-1.

Pitcher Nick Mason takes the loss for the Tigers as they prepare for to host their annual Inviatational Tournament this coming weekend.
