Funeral services for William Rufus Gregory, age 68, of Westmoreland, were held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 26, 2007 at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Garrison officiating. Interment was in New Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers were Cody Adams, Randell Scruggs, Tracey Davis, Jonathan Clark, Timmy Coley, and David Coker.

Mr. Gregory passed away Friday, March 23, 2007.

He was a son of the late John Allen and Flossie Mai Gregory, and is survived by his wife, Joyce A. Troutt Gregory of Westmoreland. Mr. Gregory was a retired welder.

Survivors include daughters, Darlene Filson, Kathy (Tracye) Davis, and Jennie (Randell) Scruggs, all of Westmoreland; brother, Charles Gregory of Indianapolis; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
