Mrs. Ethel May (better known as Judy) Smith, 58, of Celina passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2008 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. Mrs. Smith was born in Tompkinsville, KY on June 9, 1949, the daughter of the late Cordell and Florence (Tooley) Copas. She was a Factory worker. 

SURVIVORS: husband: Hubert Smith of Celina; 2 Sons: Donald Wayne (Faye) Smith of Celina and Johnny Lane (Wendy) Smith of Union Hill; 4 Sisters: Kathleen Wilkerson of Lafayette, Ruth Cherry of Mt. Vernon, Linda Price of Hermitage Springs, and Rebecca Smith of Celina; 2 Brothers: J.W. Copas of Hermitage Springs and Charles Copas of Red Boiling Springs. 

Funeral Services for Judy Smith were held on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, TN. burial followed in the Pricetown Cemetery with Ira Doss officiating. Pallbearers were: Garnett Cherry, Nathan Cherry, Tommy Cherry, Jeffery Copas, Ronnie Ray Smith, Jeremy Hammer, Byron Miller, Doug Spears; Honorary Pallbearers: Jared Smith, Jonaustin Smith, Josh Smith, Josh Franklin.
