The MCHS Cheerleaders attended the UCA Elite cheerleading camp June 22nd - 25th, at the University of TN in Knoxville. The squad is coached by Mrs. Jada Law and Mrs. Kelly Blackwood. The squad placed 1st for Mini Routine and 2nd for Home Pom Dance. Seniors chosen for All Stars were Morgan Beasley, Allison Evetts, and Mackenzie Sullivan. Morgan Beasley was aped to try out next year to be a UCA Cheerleader. Rachel Underwood received the Pin Forward Award. The girls won back the Banana Spirit Award; this award is for fun, hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship. The squads enjoy competing for this award. Congratulations Girls! We are looking forward to a great season!
