The Macon County Sheriff Department hosted its annual event honoring veterans on Monday, November 12. State Rep. Kelly Keisling spoke to attendees, as did Sheriff Mark Gammons. Afterwards, the flag outside of the Macon County Justice Center was taken to half-mast to remember fallen servicemen and women.
