Macon County 4-H annually holds their awards reception at the end of the year. The 4-H members who are invited to attend are those who have won an event at the county level and those who compete at Regional, State and National Events. Each level of event is counted and members are recognized for each event. Those who excel in participation through-out the year are eligible for an Explorer, Junior, Bronze, Silver, or Gold Award, depending on their age level. The Agents’ Award is given to a member who has received the Explorer, Junior and 1 Gold Award.

The 2012 reception was held Sunday, November 18^th with approximately 100 in attendance. This included members, parents, family and those businesses and individuals who help sponsor our club each year.
