The Lafayette Rotary Club held their 7th Annual Pancake Breakfast on Friday at Citizens Bank. “It was a very successful day,” said Rotary President Barry Doss. “I’m going to say 350 people, or will be close. We had a lot of walk-in people, and a lot a carryouts, so we were very well pleased.”

At $5 a ticket, 350 people works out to about $1,750 raised.

“Thanks to all the people who donated supplies, and thanks to the interact club also,” said Doss. “Piggly Wiggly was a big donator of supplies, Ben Bray donated a tent for us, Sonic donated cups… and there were so many others. Other contributors were MCGH, Save-A-Lot, Grecians, Tony’s Vending, Walmart, Circle-G Barbecue, Knollwood Manor, Lafayette Hometown Foods, Macon Bank & Trust, Measure Up, Red Barn Winery, Citizens Bank, and Judge John Wooten.
