Meth arrests made after Walmart purchases

Misty Walker, Joey Graves and Spencer Shockley, all of Fountian Run, KY, were arrested early Friday morning outside the Lafayette Wal-mart and charged with promotion of methamphetamine. The three subjects had just purchased Coleman Fuel, Liquid Heat and lithium batteries, all products known to be used in the manufacture of meth. All these items were found in their vehicle.

Also found during the search of the vehicle were two burned batteries that had been cut, also consisent with methamphetamine manufacture. There was also a white pipe and aluminum foil, said to be drug paraphernalia, found on Graves. Misty did admit to having purchased boxes of pseudoephedrine in the past for one of the other people she was with.

Misty Renee Walker, 34, of 11414 Bugtussle Road, Fountain Run, KY, was arrested by S. Reed for one count of promotion of methamphetamine. Court date 4/17. Bond $50,000.

Spencer Garbiel Shockley, 18, of 11414 Bugtussle Road, Fountain Run, KY, was arrested by S. Reed for one count of promotion of methamphetamine. Court date 4/17. No bond listed.

Joey Lee Graves, 35, of 11414 Bugtussle Road, Fountain Run, KY, was arrested by S. Reed for one count of promotion of methamphetamine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Court date 4/17. Bond $60,000.
