Debra Adams Dicken, age 35 of Lafayette and formerly of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Friday morning, November 30, 2012 at the Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette. Graveside Services & Interment for Debra Adams Dicken were conducted Monday afternoon, December 3, 2012 at 2 p.m. from the Hinson Cemetery in Clay County, TN with Brother Tom Stokes officiating. Her family & friends served as pallbearers.

Debra was born Saturday, December 4, 1976 in Barren County, Kentucky, the daughter of Shirley Crawford Copas of Tompkinsville, KY and Michael Adams of Indianapolis, IN. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Adams, II. Debra was a home health assistant.
